Researchers at Wayne State University are trying to understand the impact of reflective supervision on the work of infant mental health professionals working with infants, young children, and families. Perspectives of supervisees (professionals who are receiving reflective supervision) are essential to understanding how this type of supervision impacts your professional role, as well as how it might impact your work with vulnerable families.
We are inviting you to participate in an online survey. You are eligible to participate in the survey if you are currently working with high-risk infants and families AND you are also participating in either individual or group reflective supervision.
This survey will include questions related to demographic information, components of reflective supervision, how reflective supervision impacts your work, and professional well-being. The responses that you provide will be anonymous and your specific responses will not be tied to your name or demographic information. Your participation is voluntary.
If you would like to participate in the survey, please click the link below or copy and paste the link into your internet browser. If you have any questions, please contact Carla Barron [email protected] or 313-664-2528.
